Adhesive labels
(paper labels or fabric labels)

Self-adhesive labels are applied for numerous different uses and often created as a central brand and information carrier with high creative complexity.

The basic material for adhesive labels is not only pressure sensitive paper (paper labels), but also textile fabric (mostly acetate-satin with a durable coating) or PE foil with a durable coating.

An important quality criteria is the adhesive: it has to adhere well to the respective product, either permenantly or removable again, in each case according to the requirements.

As a specialist in textile labelling, Glücksband possesses a rich knowledge and much experience particularly in the field of fabric adhesive labels.

Self-adhesive labels are delivered in rolls as well as single labels.

Adhesive labels that are delivered in rolls, are either pressed (a stamp between the single labels) or punched out.

Adhesive labels that are delivered as single labels, mostly have a removable layer of silicone foil that covers the adhesive layer.

As a general rule, the base materials are:

Textile labels: mostly acetate-satin with an adhesive coating _
Paper labels: adhesive paper _
PE-foil _

The adhesive coating is covered by a silicone foil with non-stick coating so that the pressure sensitive label can be removed easily from the carrier material.

For adhesive labels of adhesive acetate-satin, we offer economically priced basic qualities with a variety of higher quality surfaces, more adhesive and an associated higher adhesive force - for example for the additional imprinting with a thermal transfer printer.

The adhesive force of our adhesive acetate-satin can in general be reinforced by an additional process using pressure and heat.
