Strappings (beds)
Strapping is used for the manufacture of duvets. It does not only serve a functional purpose, but also gives an optical and haptic impression often becoming a deciding factor for the customer.
Woven and cut strappings are differentiated.
A strapping of Glücksband is manufactured in our own weaving mill, based on traditional experience and the most modern knowledge in material choice, industrial engineering and contemporary design criterias.
The strapping is produced by our experienced specialists in our own weaving mill.
We rely on the most modern technologies and knowledge of the best possible basic materials.
Ribbon is delivered by the roll.
Approved basic materials for:
cut strapping:
Polyamide knitted fabrics (nylon) _
plain white and pure white, 25 - 50 g/m²
glaze as desired. Width: 20 mm - 3 m
Polyester/cotton _
PES/BW 65/35% mixture, plain white or pure white,
glaze as desired. Breadth: 20 mm - 80 cm,
if desired up to 80 mm breadth crosscut (jagged cut)
Woven strapping:
Cotton or polyester optionally plain white or pure white glaze _
Width 20 - 55 mm,
if desired crosscut (jagged cut).
