Embroidered labels and badges meet the highest quality demands and are therefore especially suitable for products with exclusive demands.
The special machining procedure allows designs that require a depressed surface. The embroidery labels can be manufactured in every form desired.

The edge of embroidery labels is either embroidered or left free.
The embroidered edge is a little denser and the basic fabric no longer visible. Labels with embroidered edges are cut out separately with a pair of scissors by hand - as a matter of accuracy so as not to damange the embroidery.
The free edge lets the basic material partially show through. For embroidery labels with a free edge, the emblem is punched first and the edge is left free. This manufacturing method is a little less time-consuming.
The largest embroidery surface amounts to approximately 30 x 30 cm. The number of embroidery colours can be chosen. Gold and silver are offered as well.
For the basic material of the embroidery labels, you can choose between a cotton-blended fabric and drapery.
Drapery is a little more complicated and has a similar look to felt. The colour range is slightly limited. The cotton-blended fabric is offered in a wide colour range.
Emblems can be provided with a fleece cover on the reverse side, ironable, stickable or with adhesive tape.
