Sublimation labels
 

These labels are are especially used for imprinting products for industrial production.

We preprint the sublimation labels by flexoprinting on paper, according to your indications and requests, from experience in one up to four colours.

Afterwards, the motif is copied using pressure and heat onto the favoured substrate (imprinting fabric is for example cotton, cotton/polyester, or polyester) using a heat embossing machine.

Advantages of this procedure:
The print is washable up to 95°C.
Rough materials can also be imprinted.

For the transmission of the sublimation labels onto the imprinted material, a heat embossing machine with a holohedral printing plate is needed.

The printing ink of the labels is transfered in a gaseous form with and permeates into the substrate to be printed.
