Woven labels

Woven labels are characterised by their visible and noticeable quality. They round off the high-class impression of an elegant garment, underline the high quality standard of a product, or add character by themselves.

Moreover, woven labels have an exceptionally long life span, with their appearance hardly fading over time.

Examples of typical woven labels:

Please note that our minimum output level of woven labels is 250 meters. For example, if one label has the length of 10cm, the minimum quantity of the order would be 2,500.

Woven labels can be produced with up to twelve colours, in addition to the base colour.

The edges are alternatively heat sealed woven. " Non-scratching" edges are cut using ultrasound techniques.

The labels can be delivered according to your specific requests; on a roll, cut and folded or cut by laser into a special form.

The careful choice of the base material decides whether the completed label is up to your requirements in terms of appearance and impression. The following materials have been shown to be more popular:

Cotton with fixed selvage _

Polyester taffeta and polyester taft high definition _
with heat sealed edges, sturdy edges
tubular or cut by ultrasound into a special form

Polyester satin with sturdy selvage _
or with heat sealed edges
